Procedure to make Naan (Flat Bread's):

Firstly to all my readers making Naan is very easy, you can make at home and it will taste same like Restaurant Naan.

These ingredients are good for 10 Naan's depending on the Size of your naan. You can make all different shapes but I prefer triangle or oval shape.
Take 2 cups of all purpose Floor (Refined Flour) to that adds 3 spoons of baking powder. To that mixer add a table spoon of Baking soda, a table spoon of salt & half table spoon of sugar.

Mix all above mentioned ingredients well. Now add plain yogurt to that mixture and mix it well till it become soft .Add milk to the mixture, adding milk to dough gives smooth texture to your dough.

Tip: Don't use water in this whole process ,Naan won't come out soft.

Take chopped garlic and coriander mix it to your dough and keep that dough aside for one hour in a warm place (turn oven on at 250F for 15 minutes then turn it off, now place your dough in the oven) this helps the dough to get fermented fast.

Take some oil and spread on your palms now take your dough make small balls of it so that it won't stick to your hands. Press dough to your desired shapes with your palm not that thick not that thin, it should be of medium thickness.

Set the oven to a max temperature for 3 minutes until it reaches maximum heat then lower it to 250F place Naan in an oven and cook for 5 min for one side & 5 min on the other.
Now its time to add Butter as topping To the Naan .Your Garlic Naan is ready to eat.
