  5. Cumin powder (1 table spoon)
  6. Ginger garlic paste (half table spoon)
  7. Fenugreek powder or  Kasuri methi Powder  (1 table spoon)
  8. Turmeric (1/2 tea spoon)
  9. Garam Masala ( 1 table spoon) (If you want to try home made Garam Masala check it below)
  10. salt (1 table spoon)
  11. unsalted Butter (3 sticks)

Tip :For Home made Garam masala :

 Dry Roast below ingredients

  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Cardamom pods

  • Bay leaves
  • Black Peppercorn

Then crush it or make it a fine powder.

Two types of marination:
  •  Firstly mix an egg with Lemon juice and add a pinch of tomato food color to it .
  • Rub this mixture to the chicken pieces Mix all ingredients from 1 to 10 make it’s a thick paste and rub on the chicken pieces (don’t not add water).
  • After rubbing all Masala (spices) keep the chicken in refrigerator for 3 hours.
  •  After 3 hours in refrigerator, Pre Heat the oven for 450 place chicken on an aluminum foil cut some wedges of butter spread over the chicken pieces and bake it on one side for 15 minutes.
  •  Repeat the process for another 15 minutes on the other sides. if its getting too dry you add some frying oil too. Then turn the temp of oven to broil for 5 more minutes this gives that crispy crunch to that chicken piece
  •  Lastly Your Tandoori chicken is ready to eat Enjoy
  • Serve Tandoor Chicken with lemon wedge and Onion Ring
